Range Facility Overview

 100 yard Rifle/Pistol Range

This range was built to NRA specifications to ensure the safety of all shooters and the adjacent landowners.  The impact area is over 22 feet tall and is 15 feet wide at the top.  The firing positions at the 100 yard line are covered.  The shooting line is 11 feet wide and 208 feet long.  Each shooter is provided a 6 foot wide area.  Target holders are provided for paper targets and metal fall- down targets are available for handguns.

3 D Archery Course

The course consists of a variety of Delta and McKenzie 3 D targets interlaced throughout heavy timber, light brush and open fields over an approximate 1 mile trail.  Field-tips only may be used.

Archery Practice Course

Static targets are situated at defined distances with a suitable backstop.  Field tips only may be used.

Our 3D Archery course features DELTA targets consisting of a variety of animals such as Raccoons, Lynx, Cougar, Bear, Woodchuck, Red Fox, Antelope, Turkey and Deer.  Plan on a good hike for this course as it will have you walking a little more than one mile through an evergreen field and heavy timber via an old logging road.  The majority of the targets are positioned for shots from 15 to 45 yards, but there is a good long shot for those that need a good challenge.  WE will provide you a scoring sheet, a course overlay, and a "cheat sheet" with yardage for each shot if you need to take a peek!

Our facility also has a static (known distance (KD)) bullseye course with targets set at the 15, 25 and 35 yard line with several DELTA Deadstop targets.

Archers may only use field or target tips on all of the ranges.

5-STAND COURSE

A 75 foot covered deck and six Lincoln traps highlight this ever-changing course.  All traps (except for the 14 foot tower) are mounted on movable trailers.
